Leg Cramps. HELP!?

What is best way to get rid of led cramps? I've been having them for several days and I've tried just about everything. More liquid, more calcium, is there anything else I can try? HELP ME, PLEASE!
Answer:
i would make an appointment with your doctor.i have fibromyalgia and i get leg cramps pretty much daily...but its possible you have rls or some kind of myopathy or something else.
your doctor if nothing else will run some tests and figure out if you need medication.
in the meantime...lots of calcium, glucosamine is good for your joints if its bothing you in your knees or ankles at all.

Try to do some stretching of your muscles that are cramping.2 or 3 times for 30 secs each time.
warm them(shower, not heavy excercise, compresses) best answer?
The Chinese use this method-lie down with legs and arms outstretched keeping the heels apart and the toes touching one another,then extend the legs as far as possible maintaining toe to toe contact and heel separation. Repeat this stretch 10 times,one to three times per day.
eat bananas, drink lots of water and OJ, u need potassium and water. i suffer them SOOO bad too, i feel ur pain, sometimes ill get them from my hips to my toes in both legs, i can't even walk when that happens :(
