Latrodectus, Black widow, Viuda negra. Antidotes?-Antidotos?

Hello, I recently move to live with a cousim.
And cleaning a room, we found some of this spiders, what can we do?, can they kill us?, any natural antidote?, if was necesary to use isecticides, what can i do to protect the home pets?, they are dogs and fish, basically. And i dont want them to harm the pets with the insectiside, but i neither want to die, because a spider bite me.Thanks for your help.On Spanish:
