Ive been dong meth for 5 years.one month ago after doing it i ran a 102 fever and my whole body ached so bad?

i cried.i have never experienced this ever i took painkillers for the pain but it didnt go away.what exactly happened to me.doctors please answer this question or someone who really knows about this.
